Timing

Procrasitnating writing my talk for Infusions prompted me to listen to some music... that made little sense but just run with it. There are things that you realise are inevitable if you stay on the same course you are on, say eating or sleeping for if you intend of staying alive but lets ignore those and look at ones that other people will be involved with. When something is inevitable, how do you determine when it will have to be done?

The right time is most definately not always right away. Say for example married couples arguing. Just because its bound to happen doesn't mean they should make one anyways if they haven't yet.

The other answer would be some point in time. That depends on so many different things depending on the situation/s and the outcome/s you want or don't want. If only we knew how it'd work out.

This reminds me of a thought Pastor Daryl brought up. You might not question God's power to do anything but you can question whether God will do it or not because at the end of the day only God knows what He is planning, and what you pray to Him about might not be in that plan. For this particular "thing" I'm babbling on about, it's not about the ability or decision to do it or not, the question is just when. I guess I'll just have to trust that when it does happen, God will do what is right.

Having said that, sometimes what we think might be the "right" way for things to turn out, or what we might think God might do... Is not what God has planned for us. So I guess it's not just when... What god does is for the good of those who love him... But the fruits of his plans are aimed at eternity... so... Sometimes things just arn't meant to turn out "right" but the consequences that we have to live with will be "right" for our growth...

But yeah... I can relate to what's being said... Some times you just get anxious because it seems like time is going so fast and things don't seem to happen or progress.
